On Friday night, the Interstate 35W Bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis glowed with rainbow colors in recognition of Twin Cities Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride in Minneapolis.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation provided the special lighting for the bridge's 570 fixtures.
This is the rebuilt bridge which collapsed in August 2007.
